Matthew Craig, with Bundjalung heritage, is a leader and advocate in both corporate and mental health spaces, dedicated to advancing Indigenous and neurodiverse communities? well-being. As Managing Director of MAC and Co Professional Services and NeuroKind, Matthew merges expertise in corporate governance and culturally grounded mental health care. His focus spans workplace culture, governance strategy, and accessible, neuroaffirming mental health services.
Matthew?s academic achievements include an MBA (Distinction) from James Cook University and a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science from the University of Newcastle. He also tutors at both institutions, supporting the next generation of mental health professionals.
He co-founded Bugalwan Indigenous Corporation to address mental health care access for Indigenous communities and serves in leadership roles with the NSW Rural Fire Service. Matthew's community involvement and recognition, including the National Emergency Medal, reflect his unwavering commitment to mental health equity and suicide prevention.
