Alice is a dedicated leader in suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention with extensive frontline experience and a commitment to community-led service delivery. As the Suicide Prevention Manager at the Central Australian Aboriginal Congress (CAAC), Alice leads the suicide prevention strategy for the region and the Culture Care Connect (CCC) program, which focuses on culturally appropriate aftercare for Aboriginal communities. She is also a 2025 Churchill Fellowship recipient, investigating strategies to strengthen remote Aboriginal communities' response to suicidal distress through Indigenous-led models in the USA, Canada, and New Zealand. Alice holds a Master of Suicidology, with research focused on the postvention needs of Aboriginal communities in Central Australia, explored through lived experience perspectives.

As Deputy Chair of the Mental Health Association of Central Australia (MHACA), Alice contributes to advancing mental health initiatives across the region. She is also a member of the Suicide Prevention Australia (SPA) Policy Advisory Committee and the SPA Northern Territory Committee. Her work is grounded in respect for Aboriginal self-determination and a deep understanding of the cultural, social, and structural factors shaping mental health outcomes in remote communities. Alice brings a compassionate and strategic approach to policy advice, service design, workforce development, and systems advocacy.
