Andrea is a highly skilled business founder and leader, with more than 15 years’ experience in building and scaling innovative, impact-driven organisations.

In 2025, Andrea joined Bupa Asia Pacific as Director of Mental Health and is growing Bupa’s national network of mental health clinics, known as Mindplace, with a goal of establishing 60 clinics across Australian by 2027. Through Mindplace, Andrea is focused on removing barriers to accessing timely, meaningful mental healthcare through a range of digital and in-person services, available to everyone in the community.

Prior to joining Bupa, Andrea founded and led a home-based early learning and disability services platform, driving its rapid growth and acquisition by ASX-listed company, G8 Education. Following the acquisition, Andrea led specialised care services at G8 Education Limited across 440 centres. Most recently, Andrea consulted for health and education startups, leveraging data and AI to address complex social challenges.
Andrea has been a board member of Relationships Australia NSW, helping shape the strategic direction and governance of one of the country’s largest providers of trauma-informed family counselling, mediation, and domestic violence support services.
