Bethany Farley is the National Training Manager at Wesley LifeForce, the suicide prevention division of Wesley Mission. Based in South Australia, she brings more than 18 years of experience in community programs, program design, and change management. Holding an MBA and multiple leadership and training qualifications, Bethany believes education is key to resilience and inclusion and is committed to cultural safety. She works collaboratively with communities to strengthen local responses to suicide prevention. Her leadership has driven the delivery of programs nationwide, creating lasting impact through culturally responsive and community-led approaches to mental health and wellbeing.
