Bonina Challenor is a senior lawyer specialising in mental health, human rights, and civil law. She brings over seven years of experience across community legal, statutory, and advocacy settings, including roles at the Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service, Victoria Legal Aid, and the Aboriginal Legal Service of Western Australia. Bonina is deeply committed to the intersection of First Nations rights and disability rights, and to delivering culturally safe, trauma-informed legal practice. She holds a Master of Philosophy in Human Rights from the University of Oslo, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
