Isaiah is a proud Wiradjuri man born in Condobolin, NSW. Isaiah spent his early years in Canberra being moving to Griffith where he completed his schooling. He commenced as a Trainee Youth Worker at the Griffith AMS in late 2023 to provide a platform to support and assist Aboriginal Youth who have similar backgrounds and life experiences. Isaiah’s passion is within the Mental Health space due to his own experiences and through his work he wants to provide and ensure that Aboriginal communities are provided with opportunities and adequate and culturally appropriate services to address their needs and issues. Since his employment he has commenced a Cert 4 in AOD and Mental Health and has undertaken a range of other courses and workshops to improve and assist with his learning and professional development which he ultimately wants to see provide better outcomes for Aboriginal Youth and communities
