Julianne Kealey is a PhD candidate and early-career lecturer in the School of Health, Psychological and Medical Sciences at the University of Southern Queensland. Coming from a colonial-settler background and currently situated on unceded Kabi Kabi (Gubbi Gubbi) Country, Julianne’s PhD research aligns with community priorities to support social and emotional wellbeing for First Nations young people and strengthen First Nations-ally partnerships. Julianne is also passionate about embedding Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing in undergraduate psychology training and research practice.
