Kristina joined the public service as a graduate at Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs in 2010. Her career has focused on social policy and program implementation, primarily for First Nations portfolios. Kristina is deeply committed to ensuring mental health services are equitable, effective, community-led and support empowerment and partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Through her work she is proud to support the Indigenous Australians Lived Experience Centre, Culture Care Connect, the SA Aboriginal Social and Emotional Wellbeing Centre, and other initiatives and programs which support partnership and community-led responses to improve the social and emotional wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Kristina lives on Ngunnawal Country with her husband, three children and dog, Virgil.
